With proper application, stays on for 3-4 days, even with daily showering. Blot with towel, then use a low heat hairdryer if you're in a hurry to dry completely after bathing. Seemed to help my plantar fasciitis along with other doctor recommended treatments. Physical therapist started me using this tape.

The bran " Rock " tape is the best Kinesiology tape to use to hold an area still and in place. I have used other cheaper and store brands and none compare to this brand. I was taught about this brand years ago after a major surgery and after trying others, this is the brand to buy. It's not made from cotton like others, it's made from a synthetic material that has a stronger more secure hold.
