Tasty Bite Indian style pouches are great.

They store at room temperature which saves refrigerator space. They heat quickly in the microwave because they are room temperature to begin with. They can be an entree for one or two people over rice or riced cauliflower (if you are limiting carbs). I even put some in a bowl and eat them like a dip on crackers.
