Women Cropped Culottes Loose Five Points Culottes for Travel Shopping Street Black 4XL

The sizing is WAY off! I didn't even dare try it on because one look was enough to tell me that I was never even going to get it past my knees. I ordered a 4XL according to their chart, but it looks like a small. When I tried to return it, I was informed that it couldn't be returned through Wal-Mart but had to go through another company. I have tried several times, but my email address recently changed and for some reason that change is not transferring from Walmart's records to this other company. I attempt to contact them, and they say they will respond via email, but they have my old email so I will most likely never hear from them. A VERY frustrating experience!
