Terrible and refused a refund and return. Will dispute.

Do not buy from this seller. I was not happy with a product. Decided to return it per Walmart policies. This seller told me that my options were to keep the product and be refunded only 30% or to pay for shipping back to China (which would have cost more than the $14:38 product). None of this was indicated when I purchased the product on the Walmart app (which I will be taking up with Walmart). Why this company would dig their heels in over a $14.38 product and potentially lose sales from other customers is beyond me. But that’s who they are apparently.

I requested a return and refund from this seller for an item that was clearly a child’s large, not an adult size large as advertised. The item was too small and of poor quality and I could not use it. When I contacted the seller, they first offered only a 10% refund, saying that shipping back to China would be too expensive. After I explained that 10% was not acceptable for an item I can’t use, they raised it to 30% if I kept the item—or I could pay for return shipping myself. The email responses were rude and poorly written, and the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

I did not get my item and I'm asking for refund... I'm not getting it.... emails just keep saying check with USPS... the post office doesn't have my package.... buyers beware
