Misleading Size, Poor Quality, Unhelpful Seller

I ordered this costume in a large, but what I received was clearly a child's large, not an adult size as advertised. The quality was poor and completely unusable for my intended purpose. When I contacted the seller, they first offered only a 10% refund, saying that shipping it back to China would be too expensive. After I explained that 10% was not acceptable for an item I can't use, they gave me two choices: they would refund 30% and I could keep the item or I could pay for return shipping to China myself. The email responses were rude and poorly written, and the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
