So, I was actually very happy with it until about a couple weeks after it arrived. I got the Hovermax for my 6 year old daughter. She loved it. But when she was turning up our driveway on the slowest level, it slipped from under her. And it hit the ground. Not even that hard. And I helped her up, and put it on the charger. The next day it wouldn’t even turn on!😡 I hear a clicking sound coming from under the scooter on the battery when I press the power button to turn it on. Very disappointing!

Not worth the money

It came not charged! It needs to charge for at least 4 hours! Soon as we got it delivered it needed to be charged. The handle bar doesnt stay up to the highest level when riding it even though its locked. I requested a partial refund from Walmart and they refused!

Charger stopped working in under a year. When I contacted the manufacturer, they told me I’d have to leave a fake 5-star review and pay $20 just to get a replacement part. Seriously? Sketchy warranty, unsafe product, and awful customer service. Save your money.
