Coffee is a matter of individual taste. The first sip for me was a little grassy to me or a tad burnt to my wife, but better with additional sips. The full pouch makes a slightly stronger pot of coffee than we prefer. We probably would not buy it again for us but there are many other common grocery store mass production brands worse in our opinion.
