Super-hard when it dries.
Pretty easy to do. I had to tap off some cargo lights and other areas where I didn't want the paint to be, and then sanded the old surface. Between the roller and a brush it was fairly easy to apply. Stuff is super thick and it took me about 1.5 quarts to do my 2012 Honda Ridgeline, and it came out great!
