Because it was quicker to get my hands on, I purchased this to use as a rescue tool after an incident where 2 people were trapped in a burning house. It's adequate for most situations, but most useful for household construction and demolition. Overall, the balance is great. The hammer head works perfectly. The pry end & nail puller are very functional & easy to use. The claw for grabbing boards works well.
