Great when starting to breast feed

Good alternative along with lanolin for sore breast and nipples. Best to change them after a shower,they do come off during showering. I did not wet before using as listed on instructions since lessens adherence but if too sticky or hurt breasts then dampen first. Great for inital breast feeding and feel cool.

Amazing!

My nipples were cracked from latching issues with my son. I didn't think anything would help but had seen these in the store and decided to try them. They are amazing, within hours of using them I noticed a big change and felt relief. Within 24hours my nipples were healed. Totally worth it.
