It is what it is

It is a small trap. I am not sure if it is legal in Mississippi. I have seen online after I bought it that in Maryland it is illegal to use. It is a great concept but I have had more luck with the traditional collapsible crab baskets that are about $3 each. The size is about a foot deep, 10 inches wide, and 5 inches tall. It is not very sturdy. I use it mostly at the pier at my apartment complex. I have not caught a crab with it yet. Gppd luck!! :-)
