About this item

Product details

Carbide tip has high hardness, good toughness, wear resistance, high heat resistance, and anti-sticking. With good milling and cutting performance, carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel. Designed with the base substrate without any coatings, good for general purpose applications.
Straight flute reamers allow chips to collect in the flutes when cutting. Well suited for most applications in shallow cuts. Suitable for use in through holes or holes without interruption, such as keyways.
Widely used for processing, and bore machining. Designed for accurate reaming in stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, copper, alloy steel, die steel, tool steel, plastic, wood, etc.. Great for light cut, repair work, or simply for enlarging holes.
Use on all types of equipment including screw machines, turret lathes, drill presses and machining centers. Always keep reamers clean, and used with machine oil for long service use.
Notice: Should held in a good-quality toolholder in order to prevent the reamer from slipping in high torque applications. Can be used with a variety of tool holding systems.
