This OFM 24-hour multi-shift chair provides comfortable, ergonomic support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's designed to withstand constant use, making it a perfect choice for health care, law enforcement, dispatch and more. The multiple ergonomic adjustments allow incredible custom configurations and precise positioning for comfort hour after hour. Multiple back adjustments including depth, tilt and tension, and height maximize comfort for any body type; a gas lift seat height adjustment, smooth seat tilting action and one-touch sliding seat depth adjustment provide additional customization. Excellent heavy duty chair
I've used it for about 3 weeks. It met all of my requirements. I weigh about 255 and am 5' 10'. Fits my back perfect. Other reviewers claimed the seat was too hard. I think the seat foam is perfect. My problem with cheaper chairs is the foam is too soft and collapses after a few months. This foam is supportive yet comfortable and does not seem to collapse a lot. I do not expect to have the same problem of foam collapse with this chair. The foam is still soft and nice on the tush. I'm retired and set leaning back with my feet up a lot. I love the amount of tilt on the seat bottom as well as the independent adjustment of the back. The hydraulics and mechanisms under the chair are very heavy duty. The arm swivel is a little annoying but not a big deal.

The Most Comfortable Chair
The chair, designed for comfort and durability, is not the most eye catching if you are designing a high-end executive office. It is, however, perfect for my 6' 5” 300 lbs. physique. It was very easy to assemble, once I discovered that the screws for the heavy duty seat mechanism were already attached to the seat bottom. My only concern is that the four screws securing it are 12 mm size and I hope that they hold up. I would have been more comfortable with bolts holding the mechanism in place. The double casters make the chair the easiest to roll I have ever encountered, even over thick carpet. The infinite selection of adjustable controls and settings customizes the chair for ultimate comfort. At first the seat cushion feels a bit firm, but it becomes more comfortable with time, and is especially suited for the long days that I spend in the chair. The ergonomically contoured back cushion, with adjustable height, fits me like a glove and provides plenty of support. In addition there are tilt adjustments for back posture, seat height, and seat posture that adjusts the seat tilt to raise or lower the seat cushion front and back. The depth of the seat can also be adjusted, increasing the distance between the back and seat cushion I especially appreciate the synchronized tilt to lean the back and seat simultaneously for the most comfortable position. There are other adjustments for tilt tension, arm height, arm width, arm swivel, and you can even slide the arms backward and forwards. I also appreciate the breathable fabric material as opposed to the vinyl covering of some chairs.
