OFM Ergonomic 125-801 Fabric Task Chair with Arms, Gray

Maybe this chair is made for tall people. I'm 5'6" and the back rest is not comfortable because the "lumbar" support is way too high. It doesn't hit me in the low back where it should, but hits me mid-back right below my shoulder blades. If you want to lean back, that "hump" is very awkward and uncomfortable. It does nothing for lumbar support. Also, the spring tension at it's loosest setting is still way too tight, causing the chair to be difficult to recline. About the only redeeming quality this chair has is that it does have a thick padded seat, which seems like it would last a long time without going flat. I would not recommend this chair unless you are quite tall (maybe 6'5"+).

Yes, it was easy for me to put together...BUT, the tilt of the seat is NOT working. The seat is tilting toward the front which makes it uncomfortable. I have to sit with my legs "braced" to keep from sliding out of the chair. I even went online to the manufacture's site and watched their video for this chair and its features. They showed an employee sitting in the chair and using the mechanisms which allow you to rock the seat from front to back so the "incline" could be adjusted...this chair is "stuck" in a forward slant.
