For someone with Raynaud disease these work well

I have Raynaud disease, so I have to be careful outdoors when it's extremely cold. I have gloves but they don't help that much. Husband suggested we get mittens, looked around for some and found these and thought I'd give them a try, not really expecting them to work. Received them yesterday and put them to the test this morning. Temp was in low 30's . I was well pleased. Walked for an hour and my hands stayed warm the whole time. I am so happy with my purchase. Purchased medium because they didn't have small, but there is enough room to put heat warmers in if I need them.
