I like it

The mat is a light green, not so pretty in and of itaelf, but I think it would look very nice on lush green grass if one wanted to workout outside. I put it on its side to take a photo and discovered it would make a great privacy screen if a person was very short, or just wanted to block a window while they slept. I have a very thick mat and a very thin one. This measures somewhere betwen them, which is what I wanted. It is also a little wider than either of them. It is firmer than my thick mat. I like that. I've never had a fold-up mat. I'm eager to try it.

Unique kind of mat

This yoga/exercise mat is so unique, I love it. The green color has a calming appeal to it and blends in with your decor. So convenient to just fold it and go or unfold it to begin your workout. Plus when you want to put it out of sight for awhile it's so easy to store. Remember, the side with the dimples goes up so you can grip with your toes or fingers when need be. This would make a great gift.

Love It!

The Baima folding yoga mat is the best! It's easy to carry, slip resistant and provides a great mat for my ab exercises. The quality and overall structure of the mat is on point. I love the apricot color and the fact that it folds adds so many pluses. I'm a Sr. with arthritic knees. As for my knees, the mat also serves me as a stabilizer for the exercises that call for me to get on the floor on my knees. I'm sure that this mat and me will share a long and healthy life. I love this mat and definitely recommend it.
