Quality seems to change every once in a while
I've been using this product for over 10 years. Whenever I go to another one that is hyped up in advertising, I ultimately throw it out after a couple uses and return to this one. Lately, however, some bottles don't have the same effect as others. Some will make my eyelashes look fake (in a good way) because they are long and perfectly spaced with no clumps. Other times it seems to make my eyelashes lay flat regardless of the fact that I use a curler and the length just isn't there. Thinking of trying Lash Sensational or Big Shot (both the same brand as this) even though I know I will probably just end up returning to Illegal Length ;p
