Johnson sight level

An inexpensive hand sight level, just the ticket for leveling or sloping ground for landscaping and yard drainage Has no image magnification so sighting over 50 feet or so would be difficult. I used it to level the ground for a garden shed, and it worked just great, in conjunction with a home made 7 ft. pole marked off in 1/2" increments as the vertical gauge. Is it any better than a 6 ft carpenter's level? Maybe or maybe not depending on your specific application, but it is certainly more versatile.
