haven't used the product yet but it arrived with indentations on both edges and a little bit discolored. not sure if it's a manufacturer issue or the handling of the product as if it was banged around creating rough . if you use the edges to roll out dough like I've seen many do for dumplings and other small doughs it will not be smooth %26 may even get caught in the grooves.
