Recommended by my personal trainer at my first session the week before the Covid19 shutdowns began. I'm 72 with several health issues including lack of reliable balance. You could get a fancier, more expensive product but why? Position this near a stable object (counter top, recliner chair back etc.) for a balance aid and step up, lightly bounce or whatever suits your routine. Best of everything to you!
