This is great. I found standing i.e. walk in place while doing dishes works best for this elderly women. I also use it when doing stand up exercises %26 stretches with kitchen chair. Pad is thick enough to be sturdy %26 helps with my knee issue. I do recommend if you are elderly to use something to hold onto.
