I've used tryptophan numerous times. It's helped me personally with mood and sleep. But please note that this is a personal experience and not medical advice. I found it mild and helpful, but like with all supplements it's so important to thoroughly learn about what you're taking and maybe see a medical professional with experience in herbs/supplements. I used to go to Lindbergh Nutrition all the time in CA. I've greatly missed going there since moving.
