Swanson B-12, the quickest, AND easiest, brain boost yet !
I have always had the greatest difficulty with just getting up in the morning, so I decided to give B-12 a try. I bought a bottle of the hydroxy dissovleable version on one of my recent Swanson orders, and is just what I had been looking for ! While I am still too groggy with sleep to arise, I just take one B-12 tablet, and usually, even before it has fully dissolved, my brain has woken up, prompting me to get up, and get active, and get on with my day of activities. Swanson sells a great variety of B-12 supplements to try, and great prices, as well.

Seem to be more potent
I can definitely feel a difference. Took one for the first time today, and I notice an improvement in energy and focus. I guess this formula does have higher absorption.
