Takes a long time to dissolve but works
If you need a boost of energy, put one of these under your tongue. In just a short time you'll get a pick-me-up. The energy doesn't last all day, maybe a few hours for me, but it does get the job done.My only complaint is that it takes a few minutes to dissolve and I'm tempted to chew it to speed up the process.Pleasant flavor.I also bought the higher dose 5 mg methylcobalamin but found that the effect is the same as this dose so don't waste your money on the pricier one.
