I never have an issue with smudging or having to reapply this product. The black is bold and lightweight. It works really well. The pigment is rich and creamy, the black  color is my favorite as I prefer to put attention on my eyes It matches the color of my eyelashes and complements my skin tone. Applies wonderfully, includes a sharpener and smudger. Another great more affordable eyeliner. Easy to apply & clean up any mess. This is made for a very long day of wear which I like. [Employee of walmartcanada] It is a sample product from Topbox I really liked the eyeliner because of the duration it has, it does not run and not even with water, the pencil sharpener that it has is great, since it has it incorporated is the color 201 black, it is very durable, I would buy it again, it is of good quality in my opinion #freeproduct
