does the job

I use thos product every morning when i start my day. I only use 1 spoonful because it has a strong taste,but even so 1 spoonful gives me a nonjittery boost of energy and calmness. i dont like the packaging and that it doesnt come with a measuring device. when getting the powder out i feel like it could be way easier if it were in a container with a scoop overall i do recommend this.product

The flavor is subtle and the texture is nice and disappears inside the fruit that I blend it with. It's not greedy and although I don't necessarily notice a health benefit, it feels good knowing that I'm getting the extra special nutrition.

I first bought this because the ingredients sounded delicious. I will continue to buy this again. I like to put one tablespoon into my yogurt. It gives it a nice tang to the yogurt.
