I'm always looking for new ways to season chicken, as it's a staple in my house. I tried this applewood rub on grilled chicken breast, and it gave it a great smoky flavor with a sweet kick. It gave the ribs a smoky, savory, slightly sweet flavor…..delicious. I liked how the rub is almost a fine powder that helps to coat crevices or hard to reach areas.
