Bear in mind we are not handy people, so that may be playing into our troubles. There were a few pieces missing from the entire assembly. Putting together the swivel chairs was very difficult, and they still aren't quite right. I like the overall look though and it was on the more affordable end.

Poor Quality

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed in the purchase. The chairs are wobbly and make a horrible sound. My family won't sit in them. I reached out to manufacturer for some resolution. I was told to send videos and continue to tighten screws. Now they want more videos and if no resolution they will ship 4 more chairs. I don't want 4 more poor quality chairs. My husband is a handy guy and thoroughly followed instructions. He retightened every screw. I am left with a set I can't use.
