Sizing Not Accurate - Wasted $$ on Extra Shipping

The seller says that a medium fits most women. I have small hands and the gloves were too short and too tight. I returned the gloves which means I wasted money on the additional shipping costs for not one, but two pairs of gloves. And, I don't have the gloves I needed during the cold snap.
