so I've put around 75 miles on the scooter everything wrong with the scooter so far is superficial but totally doable but for the most part it's pretty solid it has no problem with hills and the battery life is excellent. speed and power is but so far no problems I'll update after the 500 mile mark.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!! We received ours, set it up and the bolt kept coming loose. we've tightened the screw but they still kept coming loose. due to that as you are riding it starts to shake soooo bad it's scary and feels dangerous. I contacted the seller for either an exchange or refund and they kept telling me how to tighten the bolt. then told me i can't do a return or exchange without the original box and continued to send us videos in how to tighten the bolts . I explained to them that we didn't keep the box because the boxes were huge and we didn't anticipate for the scooter to be defective so we threw them out. as any human person would unless you collect boxes. we bought 2 scooter spending $1200 pretty much for one scooter since we can't use one because it is DANGEROUS to ride. highly recommend to stay away from this seller .
