Barbie 60th Anniversary Careers Firefighter Doll with Accessories

My 3 year old received the Barbie firefighter item and was absolutely thrilled. She has many other Barbie items including other "you can do anything" dolls, and this was a great addition to her collection. The doll is moderately posable (one bent arm as is standard on Barbies) and well constructed. Her hat is a removable acessory and her clothes are easily removed too, which is important for my daughter who takes her Barbies everywhere (even the bath) and who switch roles and clothes often. This doll offered me the opportunity to talk about firefighting to my daughter, which sparked her imagination and inspired the games she played (Barbie was rescuing others). She woke up the next morning and immediately began to repeat what she had learned about firefighters the day before, and so the doll has obviously excited and piqued her interest while expanding her world view.

My little girl don't normally play much with dolls, but the barbie fire fighter has become her favourite toy to play with, she has had hours of fun full of imagination! The item itself is good quality, only problem is the clothes are difficult to put back on! The boots come easy to put on the feet. Will deffinetly be considering buying more barbie dolls for my little girl from now on.
