It's comfortable, has a built in bromine tab holder and the Bluetooth capability makes it easy to turn up remotely so it's ready and hot when we get home. It holds the heat well. While the printed directions are a bit sparse, there are plenty of guides on YouTube. It has childproof latches that may stymie most adults, but you get the hang of them quickly.

I really like this hot tub. Great value. The setup instructions were useless, but there are YouTube videos that make it easy. I like that I can be on a bike ride 10 miles from home and use my phone to start the heater so it's ready when I get home. The bubbles give me a great massage. Maintenance is no big deal. Add chemicals and rinse out the filter a couple of times per week. I bought the cushions to sit on which is really nice. I would recommend one to anyone.

We have owned this tub for 1.5 months now. Easy to take care of. I clean my filters once or twice a week and add spa perfect for softer water. I do not use chlorine or bromine. I use Nature2 spa mineral cartridge. It's supposed to gointo the filter but we wedge it under the filter. We shock it with chlorine free shock after use and water stays great. I like the 2 speed bubbles but wish the 2nd speed was a little more gentler. The only con is the instruction are lacking. Watch YouTube for help and troubleshooting. We had an Intex years back that was noisier than this pump. Happy with purchase. Fits 2 older adults perfectly with lots of room to spare.
