Purchased this bike for my grandson's 6th birthday. Was a little unsure of the brand I never heard of. This product was so carefully packaged and so simple to assemble only took 20 minutes. All parts were clearly packaged there was no confusion at all. All tools were included even a good little screw driver and white gloves to protect the bike while assembling. Very pleased with this product highly recommended.
