Price was very good. Shipping was almost half the sales price, though. Packaging was poor - parts were thrown in the boxes (I ordered two for our Pottery Guild) with only a thin sheet of bubble wrap tossed in. As a result, there was some damage on both units. Both had dents in the leg sockets, which I was able to bend back carefully with a par of channel locks with duct tape on the jaws to prevent marring. Instructions were vague and the pictures were fuzzy, but I figured it out. The leg "washers" needed to be opened up in a vise to fit the curvature of the legs (they prevent the mounting bolts from collapsing the thin wall legs - smart move!). On one unit, a weld on the drawer slide had popped and the slide came apart - that required more complex repair and surgery. All the parts were there, though, for both units, and assembly took about a half-hour each. They suggest bolting the legs to the lower shelf first and then trying to align the legs with the sockets on the sink second. I did it both ways and each has its pros and cons. This is NOT a commercial fixture and I suspect it will not last long in service. The metal is thin and I suspect the "stainless steel" will rust over time. Not all stainless steels are alike! The welds for the drawer slides are atrocious - just tiny spot welds that look like they will break if you breathe on them. Like I said, one was popped in shipment. Poor packaging at play here. All that being said, a commercial grade unit like this would add another zero to the price. This is a consumer-grade piece and sold at a consumer price point. My only aggravation was the atrocious packaging and the poor welding on the drawer slides. See photo - drawer slide barely touches crossbar, and the weld (broken) was only a tiny dot! "You get what you pay for." and we didn't pay much. I suspect they will work well for a few years and then we will replace them with plastic laundry tubs, which are not as sexy looking but far more functional and durable (and you can't damage those in shipping very easily!).
