Olinda olives are a large meaty varietal grown in the Sacramento Valley of California. Our orchard along with associated growers, harvest each olive by hand, many from trees that are still producing fruit since planted in the early 1900’s. Our slow natural brine fermentation method uses no chemicals or cooking, resulting in a true briny taste with a crunch. This culinary tradition, also known as Sicilian-style, has continued at our Company since 1937. Whole, pitted or stuffed our delicious juicy olives are great snacking straight out of the jar. Or rinse and marinated with herbs, citrus, olive oil, or vinegar then pare with meat, cheese and beverages. Great fun for any occasion.
