Surprisingly Solid!!!
This bed was a total surprise. It said wood for the material and I totally expected MDF. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised that it is all solid wood! Assembly was simple enough, I was able to do it solo without any issues. When it comes to the slat placement I'd suggest planning it out before you start to secure them because I ended up having to space the latter half out more than I would have liked due to running out. The only criticism I have is that due to the fact it lacks diagonal support, it has some play laterally once assembled. My suggestion is to pre drill some holes in the back lateral piece and secure it to the studs. I used some left over 20mm spacers from a tv mounting kit to fill the gap between the bunk bed and the wall, and put three screws into studs and now the bed feels nice and sturdy. It's worth noting that the package weighs 75 lbs so depending on your strength level it may require a second person to get it where you need it. All in all, I am completely satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend this bed to anyone looking for an upgrade.

The bed is beautiful and easy to assemble. My daughter is in love so far no issues just wish it was just a little more secure the legs seem a bit thinner than I expected. But for the value I can't complain
