Walnut lift top coffee table 31 inches ( square)

I have the square center 31 inch coffee table that lifts up on one side. It's as if it turns your home space into a computer desk for home office. Also, it includes fantastic storage space for blankets , pillows and books. Beware of cats jumping into the tables spaces. My naughty Siamese was almost caught twice while exploring. This table weighs almost 70 pounds and it needs two people to move it. It's durable yet compact for smaller to medium sized homes. It wasn't too difficult to put together and the lift top is very quiet when closing.

This was a chore to put together. Took many hours. The instructions were good, it was just a lot of work and time. I am in love with the Farmhouse look of this coffee table. I love the extra features like the lift out countertop. Overall a great purchase if you can grab it while it is on sale. Solid quality furniture piece. I am very pleased with it so far.

Beautiful Design, Quality Control Issues

The positives first: this coffee table looks just like the pictures and has a beautiful design. The lift-top feature is very convenient, and there is plenty of storage space inside. Shipping was also fast, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I ran into a few quality-control issues during assembly. Some of the holes didn't line up properly, making installation more difficult than expected. A few locations were only marked and not actually pre-drilled, so having a drill on hand was helpful. The pegs for the base also pushed through the top panel, leaving a visible hole on each side and causing some paint chipping. In addition, several pieces arrived with blemishes and cosmetic imperfections. Overall, the design, storage, and functionality are great, and it looks nice once assembled. However, the manufacturing and finish quality could be improved, and assembly may require a little extra work.
