Solid performance for the price, but needs a quick

​I was skeptical at first about the build quality given the price. Out of the box, the flip locks felt a bit flimsy and the plastic attachments (mud baskets and rubber feet) look fairly basic. However, after a quick manual adjustment to the tension screws on the flip locks, they held my weight securely and didn't slip. ​The 100% carbon fiber keeps them impressively lightweight, and the cork handles are a massive upgrade over the rubber ones found on most budget poles. If you're looking for high-end features without the $150 price tag, these are a great value. Just be sure to tighten the locks before your first trek.
