I was in store killing time while getting tires. Walmart has a display of single protein bars—which is awesome since sometimes they suck and you're stuck with a box to pass on or dump. Picked up the Blue Raspberry and one Sour Apple. I've been eating protein bars since the 90s!! These are great for snack — not meal due to macros. I LOVE THE SOUR APPLE 🍏!!! My coworker and I split Blue Raspberry first and both of us did not like it. The next day came Sour Apple day— I loved so much, went online and ordered the 12 box from Walmart app immediately!!! Hope they stay around. Maybe even do Orange or Pineapple down the line. Sort of Jolly Rancher Apple meets marshmallows and wanna be white chocolate (or white yogurt coating)

Great for low sugar, high protein snack.

The high protein bars are delicious. I love that they are low sugar and do not have sugar alternatives in them like the other bars in this category. There is a variety of flavors. I love the coconut one. It is like eating a candy bar, without feeling bad about it. As a diabetic, I have to watch what I eat. If I'm out of my house and my blood sugar drops, these are a great way to stabilize it. The center feels and looks like flavored marshmallow, but isn't as sweet. I highly recommend for anyone who wants something sweet, without feeling guilty after you eat it.

the calories to protein ratio is fantastic. 130 calories for 16g of protein. wow to be considered protein forward/high protein, a food should 10% or of the calories as protein. so these are 3g higher than that. they are a bit pricey, but if bought in this size, you get 2 bars for free. I've tried most of the other flavors and... well no thank you. but this lemon is wonderful tasting. it's similar to Easter marshmallow candies. 🤤
