Easy to assemble with clear instructions - Great product

bought this shed to give my trash and recycling bins extra protection (from the elements, animals, etc.). I poured a 4x6 concrete pad for the shed. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the unit (I'm pretty handy). The instructions were clear. Using a drill or impact gun would speed up the assembly process. I only need this unit for light work. Most importantly, I'm happy to stand behind a quality product!

Nice shed, good value, support not helpful

shed arrived and sat it in the garage for a couple of weeks. I opened it up and seperated the parts to put it together. All the pieces were in decent shape and we started to put it together. The assembly went pretty smooth. the holes line up fairly well. A few of the sheet metal screws wouldn't tighten so i replaced them with other self tapping screws. No issues. Moved the shed to its final spot to finish the roof and doors. This is when i realized the anchoring corners, anchor bolts, and pad lock were not in the box. I emailed customer service and an automated email advised up to 24 hrs for a reply. 23 hours and 59 minutes later....(so it seemed). A follow up email said they would check with the factory for parts, and a response would be about 1 to 2 days . Crickets...havent heard back with an answer. overall shed arrived in good shape and easy to put together. 2 people needed for wall assembly. Customer support lacks efficiency. still a good price for the shed and expect it to last. Just need to make my own corner anchor backets.

Would have been nice to have a video to watch because the instructions along with the thousand parts was not very clear. After working on it for a few days we have it up and just need to put on the doors but it's been a job! Overall, it looks nice and worth the money! Just read the instructions and have patience and don't install it during windy conditions
