I purchased this set with the 550lb large set of dumbbells. These are pretty decent for the price. The weights are not to a calibrated weight so if you was looking for dumbbells with the exact weight less /- 1lb these are not the DBs for you. When I received mine I ended up receiving 3 individual 35lb dbs and 1 40 lb db. I had to call in a return because unlike these review the items were not individual. So put in the return, All items were individually packed, so I returned the extra 35 lb dumbbell after talking with the customer service rep. I sent the item back and I was told I would receive a replacement with a couple days. Well a couple days passed I didn't receive anything. Call Monday the next week, I was given the run around and was told he would look into it. No change again, I think a one point I chatted with someone through their help chats system, not sure how i might have done that. By this time is was the holidays so I wait until that was over called again, was told they were going to elevate the ticket. Its been nearly 4 full weeks since my original return was processed by this time. So I go over everything again, and I see the working on the return "Pair". Got to thinking how am i supposed to return a pair when that is what I was missing. So I decided to, with my own money $40, send the 40lb db back to the same place the first dumbbell. Well there it goes I get an email saying the return has now been received. So now its been a week since they have received both dumbbells and 35lb dumbbell and a 40 lb dumbbell and its new item has not shipped yet. By this time and the money I spend to ship the 40 lb dumbbell I could have just ordered 40lb dumbbell set and been dome with it. This 35lb DB set it fine. Smells like oil but I can live with that.
