I would give minus 0 if I could. The sales agent I spoke to initially (Drew) told me the machines had 1TB hard drive. When they arrived they only had 500GB so I got back in touch with the agent who arranged for 3 machines to be collected on 12 November. No one came to pick up the machines. In the meantime I had to order three more machines because we needed them. Spoke to another agent on 12th or 13th November (Michael) and was given a collection date of 24 November. This date came and went with a no show from DPD. Spoke again on 24th November to another agent (Matty) who gave me 01 December 2025 as a collection date. This date also came and went. 01-12-25 spoke to another agent (Jessica) who promised today's date of 04-12-25. By this time I was returning four machines because one was incompatible with my hardware. This time 04-12-25 DPD showed but he did not have any labels. I had not been given any labels (Just told to put order number on boxes and remove any reference to my address) so again I have spoken to another agent (Hagar) who promises me I will receive these via email. I have no idea as to when DPD will turn up. This is a fiasco!!
