Both stopped working after only a few uses

Stopped working after maybe 4 uses. Changed battery and all that never made a difference. I bought a second becasue I was really happy with it when it worked. Maybe it got dropped in the bathroom. Anyway it wasn't the second one was the same. And both turn on when clipper head is open but stop working when clipper head is closed. The idea is great but too faulty. It did help with my limited mobility too.

Died after one use.

I bought this product and used it once and I was impressed. The next time I went to use it…it would not turn on. I thought the battery was dead, so I replaced the battery and nothing. This trimmer was not cheap and I'm left super disappointed.
