The warming mat is designed only for keeping pre-heated food warm, not for cooking or reheating cold food. AND The temperature settings refer to the internal heating wire temperature, not the actual food temperature.

Can I use the warming tray on any type of countertop?
It can be used on heat-resistant surfaces like stainless steel, solid wood, and tiles. Avoid direct use of marble, granite, quartz, or engineered wood, as heat buildup may cause damage. Use a heat-insulating pad to protect the countertop if needed.

How should the food heating mat be stored, and is there a specific direction for rolling it up?
The food warming mat is made of flexible silicone material, allowing you to roll and bend it freely without affecting its performance. However, for convenient storage in the carrying bag, we recommend rolling up mat as shown in main image.

Is it possible to change the duration of the scheduled shutdown or cancel the automatic shutdown?
Our product's timer can be set for 1 to 8 hours by default. However, by long-pressing the timer button, you can cancel the standard timer and set a maximum shutdown time of 99 hours

Why does using an infrared thermometer to measure the mat's surface not reach the advertised 100°C (212°F)?
Max temp is 95±5°C, set with negative tolerance to protect tabletops like solid wood or marble from damage due to prolonged high temps. Varied emissivity settings on infrared thermometers cause errors.For accuracy, use a thermocouple thermometer.
