Wu-mu tomoshiraga somen noodles cooking directions bring 1 gal of water to a boil in a large uncovered saucepan. Untie bundles, spread somen and add to boiling water a little at a time. Do not add a whole bundle at one time. Cooking uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring gently once or twice. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water and drain well.
