Great thick mat for Yoga, Pilates, and body weight exercises. Safer than tiles which may break apart or a thin yoga mat which may not provide comfort. Good choice for middle aged and senior adults looking for an exercise mat easy on joints and provides great stability/support for inverted poses. Picture provided shows thickness comparison of yoga mat (black), puzzle mat (blue), and this product (purple). Good choice for tall person which regular yoga mat might not be long enough. May attach multiple mats together if so desired, but if not Velcro helps to stabilize if placed on carpet or rug. It's easy to clean and put away when necessary. Who would like this product? Anyone serious about exercise whether it's gymnastics, wrestling, MMA, yoga, etc Who would not like this product? Someone who only likes the idea of working out but doesn't actually do it, since this is a large mat and will take up space when not in use.
