The machine came quickly. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and it comes with the tools you need to put it together. It only took my husband 20 mins. to put it together. The machine has the option to use it manually or you can use the preset programs. The platform is 21 inches wide. So far, I have been using this twice a day for 10 mins. I have nerve damage on my left side which causes weakness. I am hoping that this machine used with different exercises will help me to get stronger on my left side. I was able to find YouTube videos of people exercising on the vibration machine which is really helpful for me. I will try to update in a month.
