The seller never shipped the item. It took hours of speaking and chatting with the so-called Walmart customer service to get refunded. I was hung up on, disconnected from chat multiple times, and treated horribly by customer service. If I hadn't been persistent, I still would not have my item or my refund. It's like the overseas CS aren't able to look up FedEx tracking on the actual site. The Walmart information concerning tracking was incorrect. Very disappointed in the W .
