Item was just as it was described and arrived faster than stated in good shape.

The shipping and handling is smooth. The only problem with the product is the noise. The noise is unbearable in the night. I don’t think the case is securely sealed because of the vibrating noise. I would have returned it but I threw out the box already.

I received the item in a timely manner and it was packaged fine. I had no issues with this seller.

How can I exchange the Urban Sync water dispenser I purchased from Walmart, customer service never responded my complaint?

This was to be delivered 1/05/26 and wasn’t with another item in same order- customer service with getting a replacement from Walmart or this vendor has been ridiculous- each call they say vender has agreed to replace but it’s not been confirmed yet I’ve spoke to several supervisors and every call it’s as if they no notes or knowledge of the concern or situation - I want a replacement due to the item was on sale and now more expensive- I keep being told on the call it’s done I’ll receive then when I check on status or report it didn’t arrive I get told it was not confirmed - don’t know where the disconnect is but this is ridiculous!! Wish I could give a -10 on the experience- the Walmart chat and customer service - on the documentation of their calls and the ability to resolve situations I just want my product and this has discouraged me to doing Walmart delivery - signing up for Walmart plus and dealing with their customer service support team

This item is not what I expected! I need to send back. It is not workable with my Nikken Delux Waterfall! Water began to leak from the machine as the reservoir for was filling the tank.

Fiancé loves this sauna. If he had a complaint, it would be the chairs that come with the sauna. Very small, he switched it out for one of our lawn chairs lol.

Terrible. They will not answer my emails to return product.

i have onlybused once so far but I am happy with this purchase.
