the product its self is decent high quality foam, nit as comfortable asni was hoping but adequate. myvisse are the photos and meausrements are misleading left arm I presume and is pictured as sitting withbledt arm rest however when product arrived its aneight arm rest. which doesn't gobwith my furniture properlybwhen trying to fix thisbissue customer servicenis non responsive and ill never get that chair back in the box. othe then this verybannoying issue the products looks nice and is comfortable and easy to set up and move around. i just wish they sent the correct side arm as pictured.
